We will strive to operate within the following principles:

  • The quality of product and service will always meet the requirements of the Customer.
  • No Customer should be considered too small and short run work will be welcomed.
  • We will strive to be competitive on price but business should in general only be accepted if it allows the Company to realise an acceptable return on investment.
  • We will strive to keep in touch with overseas trends in our chosen markets.
  • Wherever appropriate, research and development will be done to ensure that we keep pace with overseas trends in our chosen niche markets.
  • Our focus will be on the niche markets named above even if this means a move away from the use of aluminium foil as a primary raw material.
  • We will strive to make spare capacity available to facilitate the permanent servicing of selected export opportunities with specified products.
  • Whilst preference will always be given to local suppliers, a second overseas supplier will be sought for the more important raw materials used.
  • We will always strive to build long-term relationships with Customers and Suppliers.
  • We, recognising that our employees are a vital asset, will ensure that they are always treated fairly and remunerated competitively whilst insisting that agreed disciplines and standards are maintained.
  • Only the highest ethical and moral standards will be adopted in our handling of the internal and external affairs of the Company.
  • We will always strive to meet our Social, Environmental and Health and Safety obligations.
